Work on your Speed with EYHA Strength and Conditioning Coach, Nick Orioli
The focus of the dryland camp will be Speed Development, particularly acceleration. We will incorporate timing gates into the camp so players can receive actual data and feedback. We will do a 10yd Split run on the first session, and then do another 10yd split run on the fourth session to look at their improvement. The camp will be "progressive" in the manner that we will build each session off the previous session. Each session will have a warm-up, technique work, plyometric work (jumps), and then lead into the acceleration runs.
All sessions will take place at Chiller Easton in the parking lot. In the case of inclement weather, we will proceed with sessions indoors

Session 2: 9AM-9:45AM for 2008-2011 Birth Years
