EYHA Announces Pre/Post U18 Program for the 2026–2027 Season

The Easton Youth Hockey Association (EYHA) is pleased to announce that it will offer a Pre/Post U18 hockey program for the 2026–2027 season. This initiative follows extensive evaluation of player needs, long-term development pathways, and the organization’s strong and continued partnership with the USPHL Mavericks Hockey Club.

The Pre/Post U18 team will feature high school eligible players born in 2008 and 2009 and will compete in a USA Hockey sanctioned schedule. The season will include approximately 35 practices and 25 games, providing athletes with high-level training and meaningful competitive opportunities. EYHA believes this enhanced model supports greater overall player development than high school competition alone and serves as a valuable stepping stone for athletes aiming to advance to junior hockey.

Tryouts for the Pre/Post U18 team are anticipated to take place in mid-April, following the conclusion of Tier 1 tryouts. The coaching staff will be announced as the tryout dates approach with registration opening in early January.
